Jeffrey Epstein — supporting record

Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to Florida state charges in 2008. Federal prosecutors charged him with sex trafficking in 2019; he died before trial. The records include property ownership, travel, financial transactions, survivor accounts and criminal and civil proceedings.

2019 federal indictment alleged a systematic recruitment/abuse network involving minors.

On June 30, 2008, Epstein pleaded guilty in Florida to felony solicitation of prostitution and procurement of minors to engage in prostitution. He received consecutive 12- and 6-month jail terms, followed by 12 months of community control.

The July 2019 federal indictment charged sex trafficking of minors and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors. Prosecutors alleged a recruitment and payment scheme involving dozens of girls, some as young as 14, in New York and Palm Beach from at least 2002 through at least 2005.

The federal indictment was dismissed on August 29, 2019, after Epstein died on August 10, 2019.

The November 2020 OPR review found poor judgment by U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta in resolving the case through the non-prosecution agreement and in ensuring victim notification. It did not find professional misconduct by the subject attorneys or evidence that corruption or other impermissible considerations drove the agreement.

On January 30, 2026, DOJ said its Epstein-related releases totaled nearly 3.5 million pages. DOJ warned that responsive material submitted by the public could include fake or falsely submitted documents, images or videos.

Little Saint James: visitors and transfers

Court records, travel correspondence and firsthand accounts describe how visitors reached Jeffrey Epstein’s island. The routes connect flights, marinas, boats and helicopters with dated visits and professional trips. This report brings those records together by journey.

Reaching the island

The island has no airport. Visitors reached Little Saint James by boat or helicopter. Records describe transfers through St. Thomas, boat departures from nearby islands and marinas, and visits by people already sailing in the Virgin Islands. A WIRED investigation traced device movements between American Yacht Harbor and the island dock during 2016–2019. These are route connections, not reconstructed GPS flight tracks.

March 2006: the scientists’ excursion

Scientists attending a physics conference took a short boat trip to Little Saint James for a barbecue picnic. NPR’s reporting identifies Stephen Hawking and includes island recollections from Alan Guth and Jim Peebles. Peebles described arriving at the beach and being met by a guide. The reviewed account supplies no individual passenger manifest or vessel name.

2010, 2011 and 2015: Jes Staley

The Upper Tribunal recorded a January 15, 2010 email exchange about Staley’s arrival and visit; he accepted that he apparently met Epstein on the island before sailing onward to Norman Island. In January 2011, Staley was sailing aboard his boat near Christmas Cove. Epstein arranged an island tour while absent. On April 12, 2015, Staley and his family visited for lunch after traveling to the Caribbean on Epstein’s plane and then sailing to the island. These visits are recorded in the tribunal’s account of their relationship.

November 2014: Reid Hoffman and Joi Ito

Hoffman and Ito visited Little Saint James in November 2014. Scheduling correspondence arranged helicopter transportation. On November 29, Epstein wrote that he had arrived with both men. Records also place them on the subsequent Boston-bound flight. The travel sequence connects Florida, St. Thomas, the island and Boston; individual transfer times remain itinerary details.

November 30, 2014: Lisa Randall’s return flight

The Harvard Crimson reported Randall on the St. Thomas-to-Boston passenger manifest and described a proposed noon boat pickup at Cruz Bay, followed by an island stop and helicopter transfer. A separate document analysis identifies her request to meet at the airport using an already-arranged ferry instead. The flight is documented in the reporting; which transfer route she completed remains unresolved. The island leg is therefore retained as a proposed itinerary.

January 16, 2018: construction-team itinerary

Emails arranged a professional visit by Russell Hernandez, architect Brian Brown, project manager Mark Lubinate and construction manager Pedro Casanova. Aircraft N402AJ was expected at St. Thomas Jet Center around 10:15 a.m. Driver Jermaine would take the group to Red Hook, where Captain Randy would bring them to the Little Saint James dock. Return travel was planned through San Juan, with an evening JetBlue flight to New York. The Cornell Daily Sun reports a January visit, but its linked travel document is a planning email. The detailed route remains labeled as planned. Names follow the released document transcription.

The people operating the transfers

Water-taxi captain Guy Dohm told Inside Edition that he transported Epstein to the island. The January 2018 correspondence identifies Ann Rodriquez and Daphne Wallace as island managers, Jermaine Ruan as driver and IT manager, and Captain Randy as the boat-transfer contact. These are operational roles. Indexed boat logs also describe staff and supply runs; those entries have not been converted into a guest list.

Zorro Ranch: visits, transportation and the investigation

Jeffrey Epstein’s New Mexico ranch appears in court testimony, visitor accounts and a renewed state investigation into sexual abuse and trafficking. Records describe direct flights to the property, airport transfers and visits by public figures. This report brings together those accounts and the status of the investigation.

Flights and ground access

The ranch had its own runway. Trial testimony describes a twin-engine Cessna 421 photographed there and estimates Epstein visited five or six times yearly. The pilot described a road entrance off Highway 41, staff housing, offices and accommodation for guests and flight crew. CBS also reported airport arrivals followed by driving. These records describe different access methods, rather than one universal transfer route.

November 2009: Jes Staley

The Upper Tribunal judgment records Staley visiting the ranch in November 2009. He said the opportunity arose while traveling toward Albuquerque for business. Epstein was absent. The original plan included his wife and an overnight stay; the judgment says Staley went alone and did not stay overnight. His email from the ranch described using the hot tub. The record does not identify his airport-to-ranch vehicle or establish a banking purpose for the visit.

Bill Richardson

Associated Press identifies former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson among the ranch’s visitors. This reviewed report supplies neither a dated transfer itinerary nor an airport-to-ranch vehicle. The entry records the reported visit without assigning an unsupported journey.

Abuse accounts and the investigation

Reuters reported that the August 2026 legislative interim report described at least five women and girls abused at Zorro Ranch between 1996 and 2012. Victim identities are not included here. On March 9, 2026, New Mexico DOJ announced a property search assisted by State Police and the Sandoval County Fire and Rescue K-9 team.

Burial allegation

Reuters reported that New Mexico investigators were examining a 2019 anonymous email alleging that two girls had been buried outside the ranch. The message went to radio host Eddy Aragon; the sender offered purported evidence for a bitcoin payment. State investigators requested the unredacted email. This is an allegation under investigation. No official confirmation of recovered human remains was located in this review.

Access to records

In August 2026, New Mexico DOJ sued the federal government seeking unredacted Epstein investigative records for its ranch inquiry. The dispute concerns access to evidence and identities needed by investigators. The full commission report could not be retrieved during this bounded review; statements about it here are attributed to Reuters.

Sources and method

Reviewed September 27, 2026. Research began with Explorvia’s saved ranch record, then examined trial-transcript text, a tribunal judgment, official New Mexico announcements and reporting. Visitors, transport personnel, proposed journeys and unresolved allegations are kept distinct. Exact transfer dates, vehicles and passenger manifests remain missing for several visits. The available record supports a ranch account covering access, documented visitors and the ongoing investigation.

Civil litigation record / documentary record

Banked Epstein after JPMorgan and later paid a civil settlement to victims without admitting wrongdoing.

Regulatory and civil records criticized aspects of transaction monitoring.

NYDFS found at least 18 wires of $10,000 or more to people described in its order as alleged co-conspirators (paragraph 27).

The regulator identified more than $800,000 in suspicious cash withdrawals over approximately four years.

The July 2020 $150 million penalty covered Epstein-related compliance failures and separate Danske Estonia and FBME matters.

Sworn testimony / documentary record

Paid Epstein $158 million for tax/estate and financial advice according to public records and litigation.

Large financial relationship is documented.

In 2026 House testimony, Black said an independent Dechert review found he paid Epstein $158 million for tax and estate-planning services; Black denied knowledge of or involvement in Epstein's criminal conduct.

Black testified that he ended the professional relationship in 2018 and said Epstein failed to repay most of a $30 million demand loan; these are Black's sworn statements, not independent findings by the Committee.

Black testified that the Dechert review concluded he paid Epstein $158 million in net fees over five years, 2013–2017, for tax and estate-related services; Black characterized the work as legitimate business services.

The House approved the resolution by unanimous consent after disputes over testimony and nondisclosure agreements. Black challenged the committee’s subpoenas in court.

2003 birthday book — provenance and signature

The House Oversight Committee released the estate’s birthday album on September 8, 2025. It contains a greeting attributed to Trump. Trump denies writing or signing the entry or making its drawing.

The House committee says the estate supplied the records under an August 25, 2025 subpoena; the committee published them on September 8, 2025.

Graphologist Emma Bache told Sky News that the signature matched Trump’s period signatures. This is her attributed signature assessment. Trump denies signing or creating the entry.

Criminal conviction / judicial record

Longtime Epstein associate convicted in 2021 for recruiting and grooming minors.

Federal jury conviction and 20-year sentence.

DOJ interviewed her under a proffer agreement in July 2025.

She was moved to a minimum-security camp days later; specific public rationale remains limited.

Maxwell was convicted by a federal jury on December 29, 2021, of offenses including sex trafficking of a minor and sex-trafficking conspiracy. She was sentenced to 240 months in prison on June 28, 2022.

DOJ records document an interview led by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche on July 24, 2025.

On August 1, 2025, Reuters reported BOP confirmation of her move from low-security FCI Tallahassee to minimum-security FPC Bryan; the specific reason was not disclosed.

House Oversight Democrats subsequently alleged preferential treatment and sought answers after a 2026 staff visit. These are attributed allegations, not a judicial finding of an exchange for testimony.

Documentary record / sworn testimony / disputed allegations

Documented social acquaintance of Epstein with overlapping Palm Beach social history, flights, statements, Mar-a-Lago context, pageant/modeling businesses and disputed artifacts.

1990s social relationship documented by photos/video/reporting.

2002 contemporaneous public praise of Epstein is relevant to relationship chronology.

Reuters-reported DOJ records said Trump flew on Epstein aircraft multiple times in the 1990s.

Mar-a-Lago is a separate recruitment node because a survivor said Maxwell approached her while she worked at the spa.

Victim/witness references are stored individually, including Stacey Williams, Johanna Sjoberg, the pseudonymous 2016 plaintiff and Sarah Ransome.

Separate context layer: Carroll civil sexual-abuse finding, Access Hollywood recording and pageant-era statements.

A January 2020 SDNY internal email released by DOJ states prosecutors' review of flight records listed Donald Trump on at least eight Epstein-aircraft flights between 1993 and 1996, at least four with Ghislaine Maxwell.

In a deposition, Epstein answered yes when asked whether he had socialized with Donald Trump. When asked whether he had socialized with Trump in the presence of females under 18, Epstein invoked constitutional rights rather than answering.

At the Maxwell trial, witness ‘Jane’ testified that Epstein introduced her to Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago when she was 14.

A court filing explains attorney Bradley Edwards's asserted basis for seeking Trump-related discovery, including phone-directory/message-pad information, an alleged Mar-a-Lago recruitment connection, and a reported claim that Trump banned Epstein. These are evidentiary proffers/allegations in a filing, not adjudicated findings.

Lesley Groff testified that she placed telephone calls between Epstein and Trump but did not know why their relationship ended; she said neither man discussed the other with her beyond arranging calls.

Doug Band testified he did not know of interactions or a relationship between Epstein and Trump and did not recall Epstein or Maxwell discussing Trump with him.
